Great project variety, great incompetence, hour system creates a toxic environment.
Pros
* Good project variety: you will find yourself working with totally different types of projects. * Met very valuable people that were victims of the Afry system, I am very glad to find so many in the same situation, created long lasting friendships. * You get a very nice jacket which I proudly used. * Office in Gothenburg is a very nice building * Location in Gothenburg is good.
Cons
* Managers without proper University studies nor experience get unexplainable promoted (there is no meritocracy) * Most toxic working atmosphere I have experienced in 11 years, created by the race of selling hours at any cost. Destroys cooperation between departments, creates unnecessary rivalries. * Colleagues working in a similar area than yours will try to steal your hours, managers encourage this as they have their favourites. * Pleasing incompetent managers is the only way to stay, your competence and experience does not matter. In my past years working at Afry I can prove all the above points are documented, its real and truthful. If you value yourself, don’t even think working in a place like this.
