I have been working at ALS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lots of potential for learning new skills, working across different departments and laboratories if the employee puts in the effort, very supportive team working environment, company takes care to employ the best people for positions. Technical development is encouraged within the company and further training/learning is well supported. A great company for any employee who is dedicated and has initiative.

    Cons

Industry is cyclical and therefore at times business is tough and opportunities may be limited by the amount of work available to the company.

I worked at ALS full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Experienced Co-Workers that assist wherever applicable Good working environment Take on the role to handle equipment/analysis individually

    Cons

Pay , if not hired directly could be a small to large difference in salary Temp hire could also impact benefits vs those offered under direct hire from insurance, dental, vision, and schooling.
