Seeing as it is such a big organisation, it is easy to learn new skills in different roles that you have never done before. There is also flexibility in that you are able to negotiate with your manager to work from home. You also have access to one volunteering day a year.

Like most places, there is a lot of office politics that goes on. I was in the head office and there isn't that much to do in and around the Docklands!

Overly bureaucratic - complex, unnecessary processes make achieving change very hard Political and full of management speak - it's who you know and the buzz words you use, not what you get done; Little appreciation or understanding of technology - front line and back end systems are mostly ancient
