I have been working at ANZ Bank full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Cons

May be difficult to move internally as they prefer hiring externally - so internal mobility is encouraged but limited opportunities available.

Work culture promotes work life balance and bosses understand you have a life and family outside work! they respect your time outside work.

    Cons

Can be disorganized and colleagues can be too laid back sometimes so things take long time to be completed. Work life balance should be able to happen with greater efficiency at work.
