    Relaxed environment with flexible hours. Management recognised this was a part time to job during studies so were understanding for time off/ sabbaticals.

    -pretty good hourly pay - reasonably flexible hours - most colleagues are really good to get along with

    Cons

    - you may have to take your training into your own hands - they may cancel your holiday time - they cut down a colleague’s grief period - you aren’t informed about changes to your station/hours.
