      Revolving door for sales people... Beware!

      Pros

      Good video encoding products, but priced at the high end of the market. New product launches have not been successful.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Think all problems can be solved by firing the sales people. Sales turnover incredibly high

      A few guys expert in their domain Some good products in the portfolio

      Cons

      Management is terrible: more than 100 people left the company since early 2017 Company is in permanent project mode: no vision, low innovation Salary negotiation starts only when you quit You are whipped and have to work at night when something fails, but get no reward when you over-achieve No culture, no corporate value Some teams were simply "erased" in a few months without explanation, creating a disastrous work atmosphere
