Pros

As best as I can tell, there are absolutely no pros to working here other than it's kind of a nice building. If you interview here, look up some of the old employees on LinkedIn, if any admit to working there, and shoot them a note. I'm sure they will be happy to fill you in.

Cons

Underfunded,(meaning your paycheck won't clear sometimes or management will hold the check and not pay you as there is no direct deposit), unethical business practices. Owner wants to be cc'ed on EVERY email that leaves the building. Questionable employment practices.

Pros

There are no pros to working here.

Cons

Manipulative CEO/Boss. Micromanager. Limit your bathroom breaks. Don't speak to other employees. You get told upon employment about how great everything will be and then you are watched like hawk and tattled on like you are in highschool.

Pros

Location, easy access to beltway.

Cons

Serious hardcore lock on everything that happens, from what emails to send, how to respond, basically Fred writes the emails, send them over and we have to copy and paste to send out. Probably easier if he just sent the email himself. Fred wants everyone to do work, sign on new customers but Fred doesn’t allow anyone to send out anything without his input. Morning training starts, then Fred goes off the reservation with stories about God knows what. An hour training will be more like 15 minutes and 45 minutes of story time with Fred. His little quotes sound ridiculous as if he got them off a fortune cookie. Then Fred gets upset and frustrated no one is doing anything or learning. From story telling to training back to stories back to training, it is has to keep up. Fred needs to hire real sales manager and let them do his or her job. Stop trying to control everything.
