      Pros

      You will be trained and given the tools needed to succeed in real estate. You also have options for how you want to run your business. The Office managers and staff help you with every step of the deal. I could not ask for a better Broker or company

      Pros

      I’ve been with AVO Realty for 3 years now, I’ve been very happy with my experience. As a new agent, I’ve found the leadership team to be friendly and very helpful. The majority of deals that I’ve closed with AVO have been from the incoming leads. The technology is the industry best and the leads are hot and ready to go! Great technology package, awesome training and excellent reputation within the community.
