Don't join this company ever.... This is most down market company i ever seen in my life...

Cons

There is no working system they trite there employee as servant.... the senior employee also react like the boss.. even salary also not credited on time always be late... they cut down the amount from our salary but not return back until we not force them..

They have good project but dunno how to work.

Cons

To much pressure on employee, they want a world class project in a limited time. No project flow, they start a project then in some time they put on hold then start with other project. As per there mood they can fire you any time without reason. Very dominating management. No fun nothing work like a donkey. They deduct some security deposit from your salary, you count get it even if they for you. Cheap T If that they deduct this amount on your fnf too. No pay slip, no joining or offers letter.
