    I worked at Aerotek full-time

    Pros

Its a good first job, that pushes you to grow, learn and work hard. Fun culture, good mentoring.

    Cons

Work life balance. Will have to work long hours, sometimes for a couple weeks. Some times its a standard 7:30-5:30, which would likely be a shorter day for you.

I have been working at Aerotek full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great starter job for new grads wanting to get into recruiting or sales.

    Cons

Long hours Success depends on division you are in Multiple unnecessary meetings that have messages that contradict the work being done “Our People Our Everything” only when the company is making money It’s never not your fault when there is an issues Don’t control the product, don’t control the clients, don’t even have control over recruiters now 3 major shifts in company over 3 years, still not seeing a return on the investments Multiple layoffs Very political organization Development is up to individual Opportunity to run your own business while being supported by a large organization except you have to do things the Aerotek way Commission structure is flawed
