    Cons

    Available duty/training opportunities are based highly on annual budget, even if there are personnel openings and you personally meet the minimum qualifications.

    I have been working at Air Force Reserve part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Work with some of the brightest people in the industry. Best training methods leads to learning a lot in a short amount of time. -good education benefits -lots of opportunities.

    Cons

    It is still a military branch. - Can be tough, very fast paced work - Military not for everyone - Interferes with personal life

    I worked at Air Force Reserve for more than 8 years

    Pros

    I loved my time as a USAF Airman! If I did not have to get out on a medical, I would still be doing what I love and getting paid to do it!

    Cons

    NONE....when you love your job as much as I did, your paycheck always seems like a bonus.
