    Pros

    There is great room for advancement and career progression. Opportunity for retraining and cross training within career fields. Benefits are great as well.

    Cons

    Insurance has to be kept on top of when in orders

    Learning to work as a team with all walks of life helps me develop to adapt to different professional personalities.

    Cons

    There can be heavy high ranks, so approaching a mission with a team with a lot of the same ranks can sometimes cause a "Too many chiefs, not enough indians" situation.

    You don't join the Air Force Reserve for the pay, but for the doors it opens for you. Training, networking, knowledge, career paths, benefits.

    Cons

    If you get deployed, you'll have to sacrifice all privacy and other people/things that make you comfortable. You are defending your nation with your life.
