Some of the staff are nice (if they’re still working in a month)
Cons
Zero hours contract - despite promises for regular work. Staff churn is ridiculous, barely recognise the company after 6 months. No direction - told one thing one month, something completely different the next. Spineless in the face of demanding clients - will just bend the knee to any deluded whim of a client Will screw you the moment you’re not useful to them
