I worked at Aladdin Bail Bonds full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I had a really great manager. Not a difficult job. Left early on Fridays at corporate. Didn't take the job home with me.

    Cons

My manager's manager who was in charge of an entire department was not competent in her duties. She played favorites, hired family, talked crap about those she supervised, and picked on competent employees. She'd ask you to do something and when you did it, she'd throw it back in your face saying that's not what she asked of us.

I worked at Aladdin Bail Bonds full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good pay. Last year there I made alittle over $90,000. But I cracked the Managers frail ego and he started looking for cause to have me fired.

    Cons

Micro-managed from regional manager. Management are just yes men to corporate. No actual management. If you are a top earner management feels threatened and will find a reason to get rid of you. They want you to set up payment plans to maximize back end income, instead of collecting all money upfront that you would get paid from.

I worked at Aladdin Bail Bonds full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There were no pros, we work 10-12 hour shifts.

    Cons

Employees hated each other, everyone would talk about everyone. They hated their manager and spoke baldy about the regional manager. Employees would start their shifts and go on their lunch 30 minutes later. Poor customer service skills, poor people skills, If they didn’t like you they made sure you knew. The staff were lazy when it came to writing notes for files. They belittled other workers. They treated all clients like criminals. After the clients would walk out, they would make horrible statements about them. They drink on the job and bring their mates for hook ups in the office. Manager was unfair. Had already a lawsuit file for being racist. If they fire you, they won’t tell you why. And if you call HR department they won’t know why you were fired either. If you’re rude and have no kind of heart. This is the place for you.

I worked at Aladdin Bail Bonds full-time

    Pros

Long hours, so your paychecks are pretty decent depending on what location you're at.

    Cons

Favoritism is rampant. Myself and other employees were constantly clocked out for lunches upon time card reviews even if we didnt take one (some offices get so busy you literally arent given time to take one), which is absolutely against the law (and we were threatened with termination if you spoke up against it). Public blaming/shaming by management was common. Doctors notes for serious (FMLA related) issues were ignored, and management threatening termination for those needing that time off was common. Being penalized for NOT texting and driving ect was also a big issue. I've seen good, hard working people constantly berated (to the point of tears) and unprofessional behavior EVERY DAY-- except if you're a favorite, then you get whatever you want without regard for others. Management allowed a very toxic and hateful culture among employees. Managers being openly hostile towards employees and unfair and unethical treatment of them comstantly.

    Pros

Benefits. More Money collected means more on paycheck. Health Benefits

    Cons

Sales are #1 and that's & how employee earns: constant stress. Mix of Night to day shifts: body can't get used to schedule. Long hours sitting on- Low grade chairs that are not fit for 10-12hr shifts. No Screen Protectors. POsting agent is least paid at 14hr and most worked. Set hourly- like or LEAVE. Employee pays for his/her own hourly rate- you have to reach a weekly draw to pay for the percentage of commission earned of either 12/15/or 18% to begin earning for paycheck. Good tactic used to avoid government fines!

    No Pros at any location

    Cons

You'll be in fear of losing your job on a daily basis. Turn over rate is extremely high. I worked in Seattle for less than a year and witnessed more then 10 terminations. Management does nothing to keep your moral up. No work life balance. Very little pay, no room for advancement.
