    Fantastic HQ to work for! They truly value their employees and care about their customers.

    They are continuing to grow and are well-respected as an airline and place to work!

    Cons

    There are no cons to working here! Except more buddy passes would be great!

    I have been working at Alaska Airlines full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The people are amazing. They promote from within. They have programs to help develop and advance your career. They truly listen to front line employees.

    Cons

    As with any airline is being stuck on delays. Especially weather delays that the passengers think we as airport workers can control.

    Advice to Management

    Come work the front line with us employees once in a while to truly understand what our challenges are.

    Great company! Amazing job as a Flight Attendant - getting to travel the world and get payed for it!

    Very flexible schedule once you have a bit of seniority, excellent travel benefits

    Cons

    Open 24 hours a day 365 days a year so hours can be difficult at times. Pay could be better

    It's sometimes hard to be away from home. Once you're off reserve, though, your schedule is super flexible!
