Flexible and accommodating work environment. Lots of opportunities for those who do well. Can see a balance of promotion from within the company and from outside (bringing in new ideas). There haven't been major restructures resulting in large numbers of redundancies like at other insurance companies. Opportunity to tap into global expertise.
Cons
They run a tight ship, not lots of team lunches etc. Pay is not top of the market, not everyone gets a bonus. High workloads.

Pros
Reasonable work environment, prett easy role. All inbound calls so no calling cold leads. Easy to sell insurance sells itself.
Cons
Sometimes shifts are really bad hours, low pay for the industry, not much room for career progression. High staff turnover, typical call centre role.
