I have been working at Allstate full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Every agent runs their own office, so if you land with a good agent, you have a great boss - Your Pros employment-wise will depend on your boss. B/c Of this, I have good benefits, like medical insurance, sales + commission, paid time off accrued overtime, AllState-recognized holidays off.

    Cons

    - Since every office is run by an individual agent, you could end up with a crummy boss and coworkers too, where everything is unorganized, you don't get commission payments unless you meet a certain sales count, you don't get the days you request off, you are given too much work load with no help to ask from, etc. So just choose your agent wisely and know your worth, and make yourself clear on what you want out of your employment and what you can bring to the table.
