Pros
Great environment to learn and train within your field. Started off as an Entry level technician and now am a Systems Engineer. A lot of opportunity for advancement. They also offer a pretty decent benefits package.
Cons
The Entry level pay was low, but after a short time and doing the training they recommended I have been promoted and make a very good living now.

Pros
Learning on the job IT skills to repairing desktops and laptop computers. Installing software and removing virus' and malware.
Cons
Low pay and no paid time off or vacation. Company does not have their own vehicle to do maintenance jobs, so you need to use your own car to do the job. Also there's not much raises or advancement. Also has high turnover rate of people coming and going.
