I worked at AmeriCan Adventures for more than a year

    Pros

Get to travel, meet and work with interesting people, and grow your skill set. It is a dream job for sure. Tips from passengers can be very large!

    Cons

Not really a con, but you will be spending lots of time preparing and dealing with customer service necessities while planning, driving, presenting and driving. Lots of responsibility, but it is doable! Tips aren't always great.

I have been working at AmeriCan Adventures for more than a year

    Pros

The people are awesome! From the office staff to the other leaders, I truly enjoyed working at AmeriCan Adventures. I referred a friend who I think will enjoy the job. I loved seeing our country, meeting new people, and having a new skill-set and new life-long friends. It's hard work, but anything worth doing is hard. I loved the camping!

    Cons

Some of the passengers can be cranky and spoiled, but for the most they're cool. Being days on the road with little sleep can catch up to you after a while if you're not used to it. You have to like living out of a backpack or suitcase. The pay is ok and getting better, I hope.
