      Pros

      Some great clients and colleagues that you are able to build good day to day working relationships with. Ability to work from home. Minimal admin on most accounts.

      Cons

      Workload and some kpis a bit unrealistic. Guilt trips for leaving on time most days, and scrutinised for asking for time in lieu. Benchmarks to receive pay rise or bonus constantly changing or obscured. Pay below average. Pay increases for meeting or exceeding expectations barely match cpi. Famil incentives not equitably distributed and hardly any.

      Work from home and pay day

      Cons

      Leaders and HR personnel spread gossip about you and you hear about it on the office grapevine. HR practices are in breach of Australian Fair Work Commission guidelines. Constant micromanagement IT systems make it almost impossible to do your job LOTS of unpaid overtime is expected with absolutely no recognition Poor salary Nowhere near enough educationals - 1 in my 15 years Team leaders treat you like you are a child Look elsewhere for a career in travel- better still don't get a job in travel Management foster poor relations between different departments
