    Pros

    Great company and culture to work with. bonuses are mostly guanarteed and targets are achievable however you have to work hard. Growing segment however management is looking at offshoring some of the work

    No clear pathway of career progression and cut throat competition

    Provided well structured training.

    Cons

    Very much boys culture and not enough diversity and inclusion. Focus highly on share holders rather than customers' satisfaction and staffs morale. Skills migration offshore placed heaps of unemployment without solid supports.

    Excellent company to work for that really takes time to develop and grow their staff.

    Cons

    Limited opportunities in market at present due to the current cost of basing an FTE in Australia vs other markets
