      Pros

The people are amazing, you can work your own schedule and you truely get what you put into it. Some weeks will be better than others as it is 100% commission however.

There are no cons other than the 100% commission maybe, however this can also be a pro as the structure is impressive

      Pros

-Typically your manager is very highly motivated, super charismatic and can sell dreams to someone born blind. -Working 100% Commission is liberating you earn what you sell the compensation per policy was very good -Smaller company so when you go into a supervisory role they force many hats upon you which is good because you are forced to learn managerial tasks

      Cons

-WORK LIFE BALANCE IS NONEXISTENT WHEN STARTING THIS JOB (1st year) you will work until 8-9pm meeting with clients -Bad management will give bad career advice -If you promote to fast you are expected to recruit, recruit, recruit if you arent making good money on your own you will have to help your recruits earn money so they will stay on your team. THEN you can make money -100% commission when you have bad recycled leads and have difficulty creating referrals from these recycled leads can make for sales droughts -NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY you will engage in cold calls

      Beware of False Promises

      Dec 22, 2020 - Insurance Agent

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Work from home, set your own schedule, good training

      Cons

Unpaid training, long hours, mlm, management tKes on a lot of trainees and doesn’t follow up on promises. 100% commission at 50% and 75% of that upfront. Many clients back out and you owe them money as the leads are based on Union members and MCGruff leads who are actually not even looking for life insurance. It is a hard sale and hard to get approved.

      Pros

Opportunity unlimited, being surrounded by like minded individuals, and a chance to get into leadership.

      Cons

This is a 100% commission based company, so if you dont work for it then you dont get paid. This isnt just a job it becomes a lifestyle, so be prepared to either be fully commited or find something else that will work for you.

      Cons

      - company is a scam, they lure you in with various different job titles when it’s all sales (100% commission base). - claim there is bonuses which is only based off sales - you get terrible old leads to work with - the recruiters give you false information to lure you in - the leadership team is toxic - Byron Paz (owner) treats people like a number and says “we gotta get rid of the toxic cancerous people that are not producing sales” - toxic environment

      Pros

Work from home Will attain State License Learning a new skill a lot of free training and resources. Given actual leads from union members Ability to build a team Insurance industry is lucrative

      Cons

Insurance sales is NOT easy. This is NOT for everyone. It is a 100% commission plus bonuses. You must have a similar mentality/hustle as a real estate agent. Success is definitely attainable but must be willing to invest in oneself and be innovative.
