There are already a number of reviews regarding ANALEC. So I thought that I should take a different route to explain ANALEC to you. Thank me later. To explain it better, let’s take a hypothetical situation wherein, if ANALEC was a farm, the management was the farmer and the employee was an apple seed, then how would the scene be. The farmer buys an apple seed, brings it to the farm, holds the seed in his tight hands and then yells on it “Turn into an apple you hopeless seed.” The farmer provides no soil, no water, no air and no fertilizers but wants apples. God only knows how… Going forward, the seed is a little stubborn and it somehow manages to blossom into a tree and also manages to deliver apples (you know because it wants to be a good tree after all). The farmer sees the apples, comes to the farm, plucks all the apples, sells all the apples in the market and then comes to the farm and yells at the tree, “You bloody incompetent tree, all your apples are worthless!” The apple tree as I already said is stubborn, so it still tries to give as sweet apples as possible to the farmer but again, the farmer plucks and sells the apples and comes back and shouts at the tree, “You bloody incompetent tree, all your apples are worthless!” One day the apple tree understands that no matter how hard it tries, it won’t be able to satisfy the greedy tree and it gives up and decides that it will stop producing apples for the farmer. As a result, suddenly to everyone’s astonishment the farmer realizes the value of the tree and tries to convince the apple tree to again start producing apples. In return, he promises to provide proper water and fertilizers to the tree, but no, this time the tree has given up on the farmer. So the farmer now again brings new seeds and the entire cycle keeps on repeating again and again. P.S. The farmer never learns. The farmer is the biggest nut that mankind has ever seen. Talking about the +ve aspects: 1. ANALEC is a great university in its own. It teaches you a lot. Like: a. Every company that has a fancy name is not a corporate organization. b. How a person should bear humiliation (in private and publically). c. How to let go your self-respect. d. How to give the credit of all your work to others and how to own up the mistakes of other’s. e. How to look convinced even when you are not. Let it be your work, or your appraisal for that matter. 2. ANALEC gives great appraisals. Believe me the yearly appraisal is complete 1gram heavier than 50grams of peanuts. Enjoy! 3. You will also understand that how Kalia felt when Gabbar asked him “Kitne aadmi the Kalia?” Because there are around 70 Kalia’s in the company and 1 Gabbar. One Samba is also there.
