Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at Apex Group full-time for more than a year
Pros
Central location that is the plus
Cons
- toxic atmosphere and culture with managers who are extremely arrogant and Aggressive - they need a reality check and remember that they are in a fund admi company and not on Wall Street - not a good Company for ones mental health -poor systems that keep crashing , long hours , unrealistic demands , arrogant managers that can be very aggressive - poor facilities - not enough space in the kitchen , not enough toilets for the number of staff and it always seems that that there’s no toilet roll there when you need it - poor Title structure - people get glorified titles with little or no pay increase - unrealistic workload - huge staff turnovers - more than I have ever seen in any company - management try to sell themselves as this big player in the industry - the company is a joke with no structure in place - a Company that’s extremely cheap -PLEASE AVOID - worst place I have ever worked in !!

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Apex Group full-time
Pros
City centre location Health insurance scheme
Cons
Overwhelming sales growth with devastating and aggressive cost cuts which is driving good people out. Risk teams seem to be for 'appearances' only. In the industry a long time and have never witnessed a model like it. Poor salary, poor annual leave (22days), poor pension, poor work life balance Toxic atmosphere and arrogant senior management. Promotions and pay depends on your likeability factor. Pretend to flatter their egos and entertain their nonsense. It worked for me! Amateurs and clearly bluffers, stone age systems, cheap computers, cheap printers, embarrassing IT helpdesk, company is ruled by sales talkers who have no concept of reality or how to run a business. No staff are replaced, promotions are annual with little to no wage increase. Bonus is no more than a few percent even if you're one of the chosen ones. Small kitchen with a microwave and fridge and seating for a few people people. Options are eat at your desk or eat out every day. Agree with other reviews, very limited toilet facilities for a few hundred people.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at Apex Group full-time for more than a year
Pros
Good learning experience as you will get exposure to the full process. Globally, employees are pleasant to work with.
Cons
Long hours, low team morale, average pay. Cost cutting galore - there is little to no consideration of the repercussions.
