    Dive in and out when you want. Usually enough work. Very flexible

    Work from home the days you want (if there is work)

    Cons

    Low Salary. No minimum hours of work guaranteed. It's difficult to organize a work schedule because the work flow is irregular. the support department take days to answer any question even when it's urgent.

    Takes a lot of time to get onto a project. Work is sparse making it difficult to earn any decent money

    Work is flexible and the pay is good for longer-lasting projects

    Sometimes it takes a really long time to get a suitable project and to get through the qualification process

    Flexible schedule Independence Hourly rate isn't terrible

    Cons

    Very poor communication Contract terminations without notice Can go weeks without jobs to do on whichever project you're on Seems to be terminating contracts in any state that passes the AB5 bill
