    Flexible hours 1-2 year project lifespan (depending) Can make a decent living wage if on the right project

    Cons

    Jobs can end at any time, even without warning Not a lot of job opportunities Low pay for long hours No benefits since it's part-time Upper management on projects changes constantly Feedback and information is lacking overall Frequent glitches in the SRT tool that can reduce work No compensation for when issues do occur on Appen's end, you just lose money

    It's give part time job, and it's give free time when you have time, can do your work.

    In this company qualify the exam is little challenging.

    Working online, reasonably good income, flexibility, payment is always prompt, work with great team.

    Cons

    Projects can come to sudden end, no work no pay, 4 years no increase in rate, no performance incentives or bonuses. Work is a bit repetitive.

    I have been working at Appen for more than a year

    Pros

    Most projects can be completed from the comfort of your own home. You don't have to physically interact with anyone. Simply study the guidelines for a project, take the test, and if you pass you can begin working.

    Cons

    Can be let go of a project at any moment. Project managers may not respond fast to emails. Website is a bit outdated and needs updating. No benefits or opportunities for advancement within the work since you will work as an independent contractor.

    If you find a good task the money is pretty consistent. You get to work your own hours.

    You're a contractor, so no benefits at all and you have to pay the full FICA tax.
