      Good work life balance with 5 working days and flexible work hours in getting the task completed With knowledgeable and experienced senior manager leadership headed by our CEO Mr Pallav Mohapatra with in-depth knowledge and vast experience in every aspect of the business. Being the premier ARC has set up good system and process with fair practice and equivalent opportunity is given to every employee to grow and explore. Has always rewarded the right talent and provide the platform to learn and grow Organization assist in quality training both Internal and External with work related skills and personal development

      Top management heavy Ancient processes which will not evolve. Zero work life balance No workload distribution Lengthy Processes that reduce efficiency Very less investment towards employees learning Highly egoistic and political environment H.R department is more anti employee than helpful.
