I worked at Aritzia part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The store atmosphere is nice; they are definitely worse places to spend your workday.

    Cons

You have insane sales goals that are taken very seriously, so you spend all day harassing people to buy things. If the company expects workers to make them hundreds of dollars an hour, paying more than barely above minimum wage would be nice. They also don't foster a culture in the stores. Because of your sales targets you have to basically compete for customers against your coworkers. So there is no camaraderie amongst everyone.
