Pros
ASTEK is trying to transform and start caring about its employees. Competitive salaries for newcomers, active follow up and company team building events since most of the employees do not work in ASTEK's premises but on clients' sites.
Cons
Need to be careful with the first negotiation of the salary in the contract. Annual augmentations (if any) are really small and unjustifiable. (Why you took or you didn't take an augmentation is not really justifiable, there is no norm, formula or basic augmentation each year)

Pros
It could be a good starting point but not to stay too much time your career will be frozen as long as you stay there.
Cons
They don't care at all about you. You are sent to work as contractor for another company and that's all. NO salary increases, NO training, NO communication. They don't even answer to the mail that you send.

If you can bargain, the salary can be very good compared to other local consulting firms.. who do not offer more for a smaller salary
Cons
No management, no leadership, no culture, no career perspectives. Don't expect anything from these guys apart from your paycheck.

only salary higher then other consultancy but dont expet to be rewarded for your hard work they will never get in touch with you once you are placed . You are a number nothing else others will come after you
