Pros
The team is amazing, everyone is always willing to help, you have time freedom (great to feel that level of trust) the culture is super important, it shows the effort they make in keeping a healthy and great environment. Some other benefits are the development budget, PTO, some co working meet ups. And again: FREEDOM!
Cons
Not really disadvantages, but as all startups there are constant changes, a lot of things being defined, things like that.

Definitely, the remote culture is taken to the next level. In my first weeks, the team make it as warm as a welcome can be. Flexible, results-oriented, 360-supported and most important (for me) an enthusiastic and growing environment. Best place ever.

I highly admire Athyna’s culture and values. I feel part of something really special. Fully dedicated to their employees; continuously promoting a work-life balance; providing opportunities for growth; 100% transparent; socially responsible and committed to the environment. Athyna gathers a really talented and creative multicultural team to learn from and to feel inspired with.

I do not see any downsides. There are just opportunities for improvement that are continuously being sorted out by the company.
