    Pros

    Great people, possibly the smartest bunch of people I've worked with. Flexible hours, super committed to the product. You'll enjoy your time there most likely.

    Cons

    Bad documentation and poor training means you'll have to figure out what you're doing on your own. Likewise, they've done 2 rounds of layoffs in the last year so it may not be the most stable place.

    great people to work with, lots of encouragement and growth opportunities internally if you're willing to work with the leadership. a solid core product and smart engineers. a lot of talented industry veterans as well as up and coming young talent
