I worked at Audigy Group full-time

    Pros

The relationships you build, internally and externally. If you stroke the right ego's and play politics well...nonstop, you are golden.

    Cons

High turnover. Smoke and mirrors. Great at selling the career opportunity. Not great at keeping their word and great employees. Too bad AG does not practice what they preach or utilize the best practices that are the foundation of what they consult and sell. Yeah they sell things well, they will also sell you out, no problem. if you want to sacrifice your family life, career, and maybe your soul, you should apply at Audigy Group.

I worked at Audigy Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Today is my last day with Audigy Group. On my last day, no longer with ties to the organization and an open platform to speak on any topic, I’d like to say … thank you. Thank you for seven years of employment. That’s nearly 7 years where you put food on my family’s plate, provided us with great benefits, and supported us whenever something out of the ordinary occurred. From medical emergencies to home remodels, family always came first and I thank you for that mindset. Thank you for the growth and development. When I started here I was so shy I could barely speak in front of 5 or more people. Today I am confident presenting to large rooms. Thank you for the opportunity to work on projects I had no business working on. You’ve allowed me to run with projects and ideas that were so far above my level of experience that I had no business working on them. But you guided me, supported me, and most proved to be successful. Thank you for sending me on a medical Mission Trip to Peru to provide free hearing aids and care to people in need. That was the best experience of my life and meant the world not just to me, but to my entire family as well. Thank you for giving me a chance to lead. You provided with my first chance to lead a team. I know I didn’t always get it right and you were there to help me get back on track. To the team, thank you for being so incredible to work with and leading me every bit as much as I lead you. You will continue to do great things. Thank you for fun and for the chance to work with great people. Thank you for caring about me and my goals, not just my deliverables.

    Cons

I do not have any cons or constructive feedback to share about my employment experience with Audigy Group at this moment in time.

I have been working at Audigy Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

As a 3+ year employee of Audigy Group it's interesting to read these reviews. Some are balanced and some are favorable. But the most amusing are those from former employees with an axe to grind. Frequently the disgruntled refer the the positive reviews as FAKE. That's stated so often that I now assume it's projection and it's the negative ones that are phony. Do the cranks who left truly think every employee is as miserable as they? That their former co-workers would stay year after year if the company is awful? Do they really think no positive review could be real? My experience has been mostly positive. I like my position, my co-workers, my boss, and my salary. And, I live in Clark County so I like the location as well.

    Cons

Audigy Group isn't perfect. It often hires young people for whom it is their first or second career type position. These employees lack context and have a limited view of the employer/employee relationship. Yet, most of the opportunity is given to these same young people. They're typically the ones who are being promoted and are chosen to attend out of area events and trainings. Experience and longevity in the work force is under appreciated. If they hired a more seasoned staff, the turnover would probably be less and the members better served. A recent reviewer stated that the owner "doesn't care about employees". I have no idea if the owner cares about me or if he even knows me. But it's not his responsibility to care about me. He's not my daddy. It's his responsibility make sure the company stays healthy so he can compensate me fairly for my earnings. The same reviewer stated "don't think a promotion earned you any security, you can get fired without any notice". To that person I say, "no duh! that's the way of the real world, kiddo".

I have been working at Audigy Group

    Pros

Working for a company who cares about their employees, their members and their members teams! This is exemplified in everything we do! Working with and for a leadership team who recognizes and elevates team members who are committed and serious about doing their job and adding value. Another "pro" is working for a company who isn't afraid to promote team members who actually demonstrate leadership and commitment through results, versus my previous job where people got promoted based on time and relationships. This concept is obviously hard for under performers to grasp, as they are the ones who keep posting negative reviews. If you work at Audigy and read the negative posts, they are almost laughable if they weren't so intentionally destructive. The poster, or posters are doing nothing more then trying to defer and deflect their own ineptness, laziness, and failures by blaming management or their peers for why they keep getting passed over for promotions, heard or taken serious by others. It's clear that the person or persons posting are bitter, jealous and hateful. They are only trying to undermine everyone else because they would rather make up stories and lies about our people and company, then just leave and do something different with their career. Here is a hint to prove that these negative posts are truly the ones that are FAKE, just look at Audigy Groups results! Consistent and consecutive growth for 10 straight years! Recognized and awarded "Top workplace of the year" "Americas fastest growth" awards recognized nationally by INC magazine for 7 consecutive years! Audigy Group has more recognition and awards for success then any company that I have ever worked for. At my last job, the company wouldn't even contribute to my 401k, but every year I have worked at Audigy Group, it has contributed a significant amount of money into a profit share plan for all employees, even during the downturn in the economy years. In my opinion, Audigy Group, lead by a leadership team who takes an active interest in its employees success, has the historical proof that it is committed to those who are equally committed to Audigy Groups mission, "to serve our members"

    Cons

Workload can be overbearing sometimes. Working in an environment where everyone (almost everyone) does whatever it takes, however long it takes to support Audigys members. This can create a work life imbalance at times. Although this is our personal choice to do this in order to best serve our members. Working for a company who cares so much about their employees and believes in "developing" them, that sometimes it gets in the way of removing people who just should go. Like the person or people who would rather post negative remarks and complain versus just leave. One can only question the ethics and morality of any individual posting lies, spreading false rumors, and intentionally trying to damage Audigy Group and it's leadership teams reputation while taking a paycheck, annual profit share and accessing great benefits from the company. Here is a concept; if you don't like being here, leave. Stop taking up resources and opportunities from the rest of us!

I have been working at Audigy Group

    Pros

I have worked for Audigy Group for over 8 years. I started in the early years, the "bootstrap, believe in the mission, and we'll figure it" out days. Maybe that gives me a different appreciation for what we have built and how far we've come, different from others. I know a few things to be true in my tenure at Audigy Group. 1) We are not perfect yet we strive to be. 2) I have never worked in another organization that prides itself on growing leaders, finding solutions, and rewarding achievement better than this one, and 3) we have some of the best people, hands down, that we work with both at the corporate level and our Members (clients). We are united by a common mission, to add value to others, helping them achieve their goals through their business. I have learned so much over the last 8 years and continue to give it my all as I know there is room to grow, and learn more. I won't dignify some of the ridiculous comments on this site with a response. I have found that when people's egos get in the way, there is no rational thought that can save them. This company is not right for everyone, and it's perfect for the right people. If you want to be around great leaders, teammates, energy and opportunity, come pop in and check us out.

    Cons

There are always cons to a fast growing company. Sometimes we move too fast and, as a result, things get missed. Sometimes we may get a little ahead of ourselves or take a while to recognize a mistake. That's life, we deal with it, learn, grow, and adapt. The culture here is a very special, unique one and the pros far outweigh the cons.

I have been working at Audigy Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I've worked for Audigy Group for several years now and let me tell you - it is a tough job. I am constantly challenged by members, by my coworkers, and by leadership...and I have never grown or developed as much in my entire life. In previous jobs it was easy to fall into a rut and put in the minimal effort - that is never the case here. It's an incredibly dynamic, fast changing environment and you either keep up or fall behind. Being surrounded by a ton of overachievers definitely forces you to be on your A-game all of the time. The culture is super stimulating. It's very team focused, and collaboration is rewarded. Everybody is here to do their best every day and it's exciting to be in that environment.

    Cons

With all the innovation happening and all of the new things we discover that can make us better, faster, smarter comes a lot of work. Without some serious prioritizing it can feel overwhelming. It takes time to figure out how to balance all of the priorities. Every member is important and everything they want and need from us is important and making that all fit into the day can be tough....but as 50+ people on the SBU team have proven, it's very possible and you have a team behind you who will support you in getting it all done.

I have been working at Audigy Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I've been employed by Audigy Group since 2010. Over the course of my career, I've held several positions in a couple of states. I can honestly write that I've never been happier than I have been working at Audigy Group. It's important to me that my time is spent doing something that's truly impactful, adding value for those I serve and for those I work. I feel that kind of dedication is met with tremendous appreciation here. I'm very happy with my level of compensation, I have terrific benefits (including a free gym membership) and I work with wonderful people. It's a perfect place to work to those of us who want to stretch and grow. There's a learning culture like no other, and the work is always challenging. I admit, it's not for the faint of heart, and it's not for someone simply looking for a paycheck, or who feels "entitled" to a seat just because they've spent 4-6 years in college and have a diploma on the wall. It's fast-paced, it can be hectic, it can be difficult. But those efforts are commended and rewarded.

    Cons

It's fast-paced (which is actually a 'plus'); but sometimes the load can be a bit heavy, and for some positions, the work/life balance is off-kilter. The employees seem expected to make personal sacrifices in the interest of those served.

    I worked at Audigy Group

    Pros

The training and career progression is incredible at Audigy Group. I started my career there right out of college and grew in a short period of time to lead a team. They are supportive, progressive, cutting-edge, and savvy in their growth. They offer an amazing benefits package.

    Cons

The only downside of working here was that they are located in Vancouver and unfortunately I needed to be in Seattle. They do not offer bonuses for the execution side of the business but more for the strategic employees.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Audigy Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I've worked at Audigy Group for over 2 years. During that time, I've been fortunate to work with some truly great people. One of the trends you will see in all reviews for Audigy Group is the quality of the people that call the company home. Its true -- I've made friendships here that will last a lifetime. These are smart people who are genuinely interested in learning and doing their absolute best. I work in the marketing department and have over 20 years of experience in marketing. One of my personal joys is teaching others and sharing what I know and by and large my coworkers are always anxious to learn new things. My supervisor (she would hate that word) recognized this early on and she has given me the opportunity to do that as much as I like, which is awesome. Maybe I've just been fortunate to get face time with senior management but I've always found them to be reasonable, good people. I've never been shut down when presenting my views on either my job or my opinion of the company, in fact just the opposite has been true. I realize not everyone has these same opportunities, but take a chance and voice concerns you have to them -- you might be surprised at their willingness to hear you out. The last point that comes to mind for the "Pros" category to me would be trust. I feel trusted to do my job. This is huge for me because I hate being micromanaged, and I'm not.

    Cons

I don't have the work-life balance issues of some of the other folks who have posted reviews, but my role within the company is very different than most. I do lament that sometimes our collective focus is set on keeping up with the daily demands of the job and not as much on innovating for the future. But I've worked in lots of places where that has been the case. It is a fine balance to be kept. There have been numerous comments about recognition. Sometimes the contributions of people on smaller teams goes unnoticed but this is a fairly large company and I don't think its an intentional thing. Promotions here are based not off just job execution but also adherence to leadership philosophies that the company teaches. I guess I'd describe it as a meritocracy+ in that, yeah you have to do a good job but you also need to demonstrate certain qualities in the way you lead others. I feel this might be a little subjective, but its not outrageous or anything. Either you accept this or don't but it is what it is. You also may need to cheerlead for yourself a bit. Last "Con" is its in Vancouver and I live in Beaverton! That's right, i drive over an hour one way to work each day. But i guess you could flip that around and call it a "Pro" because i still do it anyway.

I have been working at Audigy Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Before working for Audigy Group I worked a series of jobs. That is what they felt like. I've worked at Audigy Group for three years and I feel like I've found a career. I am constantly challenged, which has helped me grow significantly. The company promotes from within whenever possible, and is growing quickly which means a lot of potential opportunity to those who earn it. Helping small businesses become successful is incredibly inspirational. We are helping the little guys succeed. This business is driven by team work, collaboration and personal growth. The company's goal is to help both clients and employees achieve their goals. The people and team environment makes every day a good one. I look forward to going to work in the morning.

    Cons

Audigy Group isn't for everybody. We live by the motto - success starts outside of your comfort zone. We work really hard, but there's more of a balance than the other reviewers imply. This isn't a place for somebody who wants an easy, simple job. Everyday is different and a new challenge.
