    Amazing people to work with, everyone looks out for each other, great management team and amazing pay

    Cons

    VERY long hours, especially in december. Sometimes it feels like you are inclined to accept extra shifts

    People, culture, opportunities to work across many areas of marketing, product and sales and great opportunities to advance your career (if you show enthusiasm and commitment).

    Cons

    Contrary to belief, you work long hours but can find work life balance if position yourself correctly and will get rewarded for it.

    Australia Post is a great company to work for and it was an honour to be a part of such an amazing team

    Long hours and Christmas period is extremely hard and busy aswell as other public holidays ect . Long amounts on your feet.

    I have been working at Australia Post full-time

    Pros

    I have met a myriad of folk, ranging from the homeless, grey nomads, business men, politicians, Doctors and plain old dudes, Mr's and Mrs's next door and we all treat other alike, and good friendships have been borne from "going the full yard" in our level of service.

    Cons

    With any good, there are some downers. There should be better understanding from our customers that we are only human and we do our best to give excellent service, but abuse and rudeness is an everyday occurrence in our day. There can be long hours.
