    good place if you want to keep attending meetings and drag project. Sense if accountability is missing in the cultire

    Pros

    Clear career progression, to a certain point.
    Good support with training, study, self improvement etc
    Loved my clients and team members.

    Cons

    Unachievable targets (only about 20% make their sales targets each year)
    Leadership team is remote, self-absorbed and politically motivated. Culture has really crumbled in the past few years due to this.

    Advice to Management

    Nurture your good people - don't burn them!
