Poor Place to work for more than a year

Pros

It can be fun in the beginning, great office space, free and good lunch, great minds at work trying to solve some complex problems in the Energy industry

Cons

Micro-management, nepotism, favoritism, are a few of the negative things that make this place frustrating to work at. Upper management is too disconnected from the ground level and strategies often are illogical and not attained due to lack of clear vision and proper chain of command to execute that vision. CEO paints a good picture in town hall meetings, but nothings happens after that. Zilch. Nada. Zero.

- Free Lunch was only Pros and that too got stopped

Cons

- They will Hire you by luring lots of benefits like free lunch, smart gadgets but internally the Management is very selfish they just think about their job and don't think anything about employees - They can fire you in one single day (out of blue) - They say leaders in there segment but they just saving there position by showing top end UI, that's all

There are not one but many. * You can survive if you have the best spoken skill and email writing you can survive. * You can become a Manager by kicking your junior if you have great email writing and email skills. Those who do not either get fired or look for another opportunity,

Cons

* Micro-Manage, if you don't know Micro-Manage then please come here and show among them. if you don't and if you are eager to learn(micro-manage/email/talk) then try hard to come here. * The communication gap between CTO, PMs, and Team Lead. * If you want to work in one corner and leave your email/doc/code to pollute with other then your welcome. * You will be involved heavily in meetings, meetings, and meetings. Did I miss anything; yes, Meetings?
