CEO is a dictator. He will micro manage you and see to it that you do things his way. If you can't/won't, he will push you off onto someone else as he refuses to deal with problems and will NEVER admit fault! If you're not in "the clique" you will never advance.
CEO continuously makes the entire company go through remedial exercises. How to construct an appropriate email and the likes. They force non sales folks to attend weekly sales meeting to learn how to sell.
The company only offers 3 holidays all year, so you better hope you don't have a big or close family!
They pay well below market value for every position. Not sure how you can survive living in CA on these wages.
The benefits package is avg at best and VERY expensive. The medical is OK, but the Dental and vision packages are no better than if you went and bought your own plan.
In the end, if you're just starting out, it's a good place to build your resume. However, don't expect to make your career here. All the good people are jumping ship in droves!
