Thank you for the review. We have worked hard on culture over the last couple of years and it is great to see that recognised in your comments. We are small and have been through a period of staff turnover in some parts of our business - as have many other businesses in the last couple of years. Reward and career progression are both areas of focus for us moving forwards. With the support of our parent company there are now many more opportunities for learning and development available. We are working to help people understand how they can take advantage of these to drive their career forwards. This is still a work in progress but a priority for the next 12 months.
There are some good development techniques in practice and decent Devops in progress.

Thanks for your review. In the time since you wrote this review I am happy to say that we have invested in our technology infrastructure and much of the legacy software and technical debt it carried has now been upgraded. A few projects left to finish off the next 6 months but much progress made.
