Very challenging work. You are always learning in this position. You pick up a lot of computer skills and you learn a lot about medical technology. I have worked in the medical industry for 20 years and I must say I have learned more doing this job than any position I have held before. The company is really great to work for.
Cons
Some days you may stand for hours, and it can be physically demanding. The pace of the job can be very fast and a lot of the time there is not enough other techs to help out.
They sell you on a pie in the sky opportunity I didn't ever see the real opportunity evolve. It would have been nice to know the truth before starting.
Cons
The management team is very inexperienced. Lack of business knowledge and a very selfish attitude leads to poor morale by the employees.
