It's a biased environment everywhere right from getting placed to getting hike. It's a bit hectic and demanding job - work schedule. Lack of diversity in hiring.

Cons

No room for growth. Terribly exhausting and stressful work environment. Employees are treated like disposable trash by the toxic management. If you have another choice, stay away from Axion Ray because working here is nothing but an awful experience.
