-No proper decision makers or long time visioner leaders. - Any day you will be laid of even if you are a top performer. - I have seen top talents who get top awards from company gets laid off. - Lot of works , anytime you have to work if asks. - Company hired lot of people's on high packages in 2022. Total employee count was around 330. - And in 2023 started lay off every quarterly and now there are only 120 people's. And still lay off happens in between. - No proper vision with products, lot of development was wasted.

Not treating employees as they should be by terminating them at the very last minute. How is it that after the call, they make you sign a "mutual termination" agreement and immediately remove all the access you have within the company? You don't even get the chance to say goodbye to your colleagues because all access, like Slack and email, is immediately cut off by the company. What makes it worse is that it's a remote working company. And the ultimate joke is that the reason behind it is supposedly "cost-saving." However, the company still spends lavishly on hiring new employees, organizing events with a high budget, and providing reimbursement at a very high amount. If your company truly cares for its people (as you always communicate on your social media, whether it's LinkedIn or Instagram), then you should walk the talk! Don't just "sweet talk" through your employer branding when the reality on the inside is still a mess. I know that some employees have been terminated not only due to "cost-related" issues. There are also employees who have not performed well during their time at work. But why were there no corrective actions from their direct line managers? And then suddenly they are terminated using the excuse of "cost-related" issues? There is something wrong with your way of thinking in the company :D So, I hope Ayoconnect will improve in the future and truly walk the talk with what they always promote in their employer branding :)
