    Great development opportunities in some areas Multinational organisation Non-profit distributing - cross between public body and commercial organisation that tries to serve public interests Achieving significant growth Positive working environment, generally invests in employees and behaves in ethical way Unique organisation, whose activities contribute significant benefits to society

    Cons

    Business wants to achieve significant growth and is innovating in some areas but many areas are still not willing to change. Lack of investment and high levels of bureaucracy means the organisation isn't innovating quick enough to keep up with technological change. Many talented employees are leaving the organisation out of frustration in not being able to achieve goals.

    Pros

    A great working environment, good package and scope for development. Earnings potential and additional incentives on offer. A varied and interesting range of products and services to get involved with and learn about. Offices are fantastic, free parking too!

    Cons

    Systems can be a challenge and need a refresh. Due to the nature of the business it sometimes feels like there is a bit too much red tape.

    Pros

    Great building, free car park, work environment is great, plenty of desk space. Salaries are competitive, external training given if required.

    Cons

    Most of the time you don't know what other departments are doing, i.e. there could be a role in a new department but you may never find out about it
