    I worked at BT Financial Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Only pro to think of was resigning.

    Cons

    Hopeless management, promoted on tenure rather than ability. Negative environment which lacks flexibility. Micro management culture, resulting in high staff turnover. Archaic MS DOS based systems. Pathetically low wages offered. Many more.
