    I worked at Bancroft

    Pros

The best part was being able to help the children.

    Cons

No attention spent in childre . They were being abused and neglected. Reports made no follow ups given. Management forces staff to forge signatures and intials during inspection time. House with food. Managers using money for personal gain. Children dying due to neglect . the list goes on and on

    Advice to Management

Listen to your staff they are with PS the most. Dont just listen to the Caucasian staff everyone ka equal. Be an advocate for staff instead of always putting down .and take accountability for your wrong doings

I have been working at Bancroft full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The benefits are amazing compared to other agencies. Full health and dental benefits available as well as tuition reimbursement, free college/grad classes taught on site.

    Cons

Long, uncertain hours. Being belittled by management. Workplace injuries. Horrible pay. Never feeling truly appreciated when you watch poor performing employees win employee of the year and you aren't even given a thank you for possibly saving someone who was choking.

    Advice to Management

I would give up some of my benefits to be paid more for the stuff I put up with.
