    really good benefits. If you have children you get child care reimbursement. Maternity pay plus an additional 20 weeks no pay if you want. Opportunity to move up the company

    Workload can be overwhelming if you are in a location with little staff.

    boa offers great training, coaching, and a lot of career opportunities.

    Cons

    hour pay is low even if the workload is intensive due to limited CSR in every branch one big challenge is dealing with many different kinds of customers especially some aggressive customers vacation/pto is not flexiable
