Overall, a good company to work for. Pay was fair, reasonable management for a retail based position. When I worked there, my role did not report to the branch manager, which was a positive in my opinion.
Cons
Upward mobility isn't as good as I expected out of a large company. The FSA could move into a role as a Merrill Advisor, but no other opportunities seemed realistic.
