    Dont always micromanage and trust your employees, this will motivate them much more for the entire workforce.

    Lots of red tape. Can be very difficult to get things done, even if it's in the best interest of the company and the customer. Not a very rewarding job

    - Competitive remuneration package
    - exposure to international network

    Cons

    - infrastructures are still not integrated with Merrill Lynch
    - internal procedures are unclear to everybody
    - messy compliance regime
    - unreasonable expectations on staff
    - poor decision making process and not transparent
    - inadequate training to people's leaders and lots of managers who are incapable of managing people

    - should put more focus on people management
    - some managers are not capable of managing people should be provided with more training or reconsider their positions in the company
