    I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Minimum wage is $20 an hour. Great health care benefits, plenty of time off for vacation and sick time. Depending on your job band... you can have 3 weeks off plus 10 days for sick ( separate from your vacation). You also have the choice to purchase up to an additional 5 days of PTO with manager approval.

    Cons

    Very hard to move on or get promoted if you are starting in an entry level position. Most promotions or jobs or given to people that management favors.

    Still working to bring the dynamic tech development that creates and supports award winning mobile app and online banking to the operations support disciplines. Takes a lot to make a change in this complicated tech structure.
