    Lots of red tape. Can be very difficult to get things done, even if it's in the best interest of the company and the customer. Not a very rewarding job

    Competitive salary, good benefits (expensive), impressive coworkers, decent work/life balance.

    Cons

    Lack of loyalty. I was a solid performer. I worked for BofA for almost 30 years and was laid off during a reduction in staff.
