    Pros

Great team eager to help the community and upskill themselves.

    Cons

Warm calling to generate leads. Strong emphasis on selling insurance/ home loan reviews/credit cards. Things became competitive and that eroded the team dynamic.

I have been working at Bank of Melbourne full-time for less than a year

    Pros

good pay, easy to move up because its within westpac. you can go in to areas within westpac. BOM, BT super, St.geroge Sales target is not achieveable but, not allowed to rank anymore which reduced pressure. not focus on making sales, result not that important but you have to have mentioned all banking during conversation. Its good because you dont have to feel guilty to sale, if customer want your help to review great, if they dont want review as long its cool too. aimed at helping customer not target which is good.

    Cons

Head office of westpac not in melbourne lol. targets too high.. feel bad of not achiving it. Some CSA refuse to refer. but its part of their job..
