    Computers , knowledge , training , culture , work environment , leaders are rude and bullies .

    Work in a different team culture and uplift motivation , proper coaching and development , and leaders you lead by example , don’t get respect from being dictator .

    Cons

    HR department totally live in a fantasy world. They could not care less about their staff. Untrained old school managers that are toxic, and bitter that they have not kept up with the times. No tertiary education required here, they thrive on innuendo gossip and bs. Ruling by fear and the culture is someting out of a late 1970's novel. This bank needs to get rid of its tellers and sales staff who think it is their right...

    Advice to Management

    Start employing Managers with some tertiary background and some Emotional Intelligence. Operations Management is a joke in this place. In 2018 their e-commerce platform is seriously going to unravel the company. Get someone with a brain, borrow the money, stop having fly in fly out exco executives that promise the world every year at conference and deliver zero. Staff need to want to be there. It is not a retirement village...
